car parking/ asset management/ gate keeper project

I product to create for car parking with asset management and gate management, where gate keeper, building management and user can manage themself for parking, or scan qr code, will have multiple vendor and in this vendor also have multiple vendor like for different sites, and different access level, different users levels and more. needed android and ios app, needed security with 2mfa, modification as per different organization requirements. while working on project major changes or addition will also come in that so dont need trouble later on that this wasn't discussed or so. so technically this will be like agile project as per requirements might be getting changes.
this project will run in 2 phases for personal (dont have major changes may be little additon) and commercial purpose (where major changes/addition required in commercial)
this project is complex not simple as it looks like.
6 month - 1 year support incase if bugs issues or changes in project or so.
if need more details will be happy to share ask me.
Time frame for this project 2-3 months 1st phase which need to launch for initial marketing purpose and 2-3 months for 2nd phase.

IMP: looking to have warranty and issue resolve / bug fixing when found even after project and time frame complete, since you are the one created.
