building spining wheel for flutter and build backend dashboard to control it and report

I am looking for a developer to build a spinning wheel for Flutter. The spinning wheel should be a prize wheel. Additionally, I need the developer to build a backend dashboard that will allow me to control the spinning wheel and configure the prizes.
