building a comics cms website

Hello there, Please read it before bidding. I want a manga(japanese,korean comics) website where all the stories will be hosted, It should have a great ui for best user reading experience and an admin panel to update contents, User should have login access to bookmark their stories so that they can revisit and continue reading from where they left.
