build a wordpress website for me

I've written a book and created an audible version of it. I want a website that would have a home page, collect emails (on first visit) and retain a collection of the collected emails that would be available to send out updates to (need to be able to modify/delete/add emails to this list), once a valid email is entered, I want to either automatically send an email to them with a pdf of material or have them be able to download it. The home page should have a link to amazon to purchase the book and a link to the audible version for purchase. All are sold on Amazon. A separate page to describe value/content, a blog and a contact section for question. I've started a design at www.fivesimplechecklists.com with go daddy website builder. Right now, godaddy will be hosting the site.
