build me a website

I have a domain from register.com and a theme from envato that I used in my previous website as well, we just need to the remaining and setup a landing page and a blogging page for me, I will put the content myself and to the rest. This has to be a dynamic website with chatbox plugin as well as user forms and backend calculations for online measurement of IQ etc. and responsive website.
