HI,
I am looking to develop a site.
The site should be preferably in wordpress and I would prefer elementor as page builder and I am quite familiar with elementor. if its anything else I may have to learn few new things as I would want to update the site myself from time to time.
The site should be fully responsive as shown in the video.

Slider:
We / user shpuld be able to change upload new sliders / make settings changes with slider on their own.
Whatsapp registration:
When user clicks on signup- gets 2 options, name and whatsapp number. system sends a hi to user whatsapp and waits for user to reply via same whatsapp number with his name or some random code as entered during registration and then receives a otp or password generated for that user. The idea of users sending his name on whatsapp is to make sure the user has replied on our whatsapp number and a conversation is initiated and then chances of the user to report our whatsapp number as spam is reduced.
Wallet:
All users will have a main wallet. We are reselling 4-5 brands. When the user adds funds to their account, payment comes in the main wallet. User should have the option of transferring funds from their main wallet to any of the 4 (or more or less) reselling products. The transfer of the funds will be done manually. E.g. our reselling brands are, by the name A, B, C & D. when a user X adds $100 in his wallet. He first see $100 in his main wallet. Then he send a request to move $20 to all of the 4 services we resell, thus he places a request and gets a SMS or whatsapp with the description of this transactions. His money is automatically debited and we (admin) gets the same request and we manually add $20 in all 4 of his ID’s of the 4 services and $20 is kept balance in his main wallet. THERE IS NO INTEGRATION / WALLET STATE TO BE SHOWN TO THE USER OF THE 4 services WE RESELL.
similarly user can request to move funds from any of the reselling brand to main wallet or from 1 reselling brand to another. all transactions are done manually - admin gets the request. on the UI - you (developer) has to jut provide options for funds transfer.
Details / log of the transaction is sent to user and admin via whatsapp or email or SMS
Withdrawal request:
Users can request withdrawal and amount they request to withdraw should be available in their main wallet and amount gets deducted immediately and admin gets the request and we process the withdrawal (manually). Details / log of the transaction is sent to user and admin via whatsapp or email or SMS
Bank acct details:
Under main menu, users should have the option to update their bank acct details and can add upto 3 bank accounts.
Terms & condition:
Need a Terms & condition page under main menu
Payment gateway integration:
Our main market is India. Thus I need to find more about payment gateways available. Meanwhile I am looking at the possibility to use https://floxypay.com.
Documentation for all admin and functionality to be provided.
