build a ticket booking form on WP website

We need to build a ticket booking form on WordPress website. Please see attached workflow.
・Our Goal
I'd like to integrate STRIPE into the form as payments API. Also need a function to save an uploaded documents in a designated location.
For the time being, we will use it on the current site and move to the site that will be renewed in near future.
・Timeline
by the end of next month (but please let us know how long it will take)
・Required skills
1 MUST be professional at building with STRIPE
2 create form without hesitation in multiple languages
