build a e-sign website

STAGE 1:
- customers sign up
- add a document
- select the section for the signature, name, date sections
- adds client details name, email and mobile phone number
- send an email with a link to the view the document to a client to sign
- client opens the email
- they can review the document
- then they click SIGN
- it sends their mobile an sms with a unique link
- when they click the link it opens a page on their mobile
- they then have simple fields: name, date and an e-signature box, there is also the option to preview the document
- they complete all fields and press APPROVE button
- a signed copy is then sent to the client and the customer with the details filled in on the ducment
- it is marked signed on their dashboard
- start proposal with the word SIGN

We will then discuss stage 2 with short listed applicants.
