build me a portal in yii2 basic /advance
Budget: ₹37,500 – ₹75,000 INR
the portal should contain a blog section .. accessible with a different domain. an intro section accessible with a different domain. and a personal section. should have a webshop .. a different domain for sure. but everything should be on the same DB and same code base, billing will be a milestone achieved basis. new milestones will be created only when old ones are released and fulfilled to satisfaction.
