Attendance of committee members, 3. meeting minutes and decision making, 4. prepare approval letter, 5. send approval letter to various selected persons, 6. these person making their view and submit related document and send it to Headquarters.
Part-B
1.Headquarters review the summited document and send the notification to all of them,
2. Those persons acknowledge the same to committee.
Part-C
Need Track of record at which stage, search of record : reference no (ID) basis, agenda basic, person basic, date.
Part-D
Report : Software create agenda, decision, attendance sheet, day to day report etc.
Part-E
1. Login & Register : Committee head and committee members, Users Person, Headquarters, Admin
2. User see their own document
3. View document in pdf and downloaded.
4. Alert of message show in dashboard and also send related person email.
5. need every step edit & delete facility.
