build nft website not a marketplace

I want to build an NFT website , with no wallet integration and with no Smart contract (others are responsible for that)
I already bought a theme which fits our needs

you are required to implement this stories and other stories depends on them:

Authentication
As a user I want :
Connect my wallet
See that i’m connected
See my balance
Disconnect my wallet
The app should keep track of my connection status
If I’m connected to wrong network,notify me
Actions
As an admin:
I want to see all list of proposed whitelist and add them to whitelist time at once
I want to create team list and add them to team whitelist time at once
I want to see the whitelist status ; enabled or disable
I want to enable/disable whitelist feature
I want to un/pause the contract
I want to update contract start time ,
I want to see the balance of money connected in my contract
As user
I want to buy nft
I want to mint nft for free if i’m whitelisted
If i’m whitelisted and already minted my nfts, I should see diabled button to prevent me from do unsuccessful transaction by mistake
I want to disable the purchase button / mint for free buttons when I’m sending the transaction and I want to see message that notify me that the transaction is being processed

For the user to be whitelisted he has to do some tasks like join twitter from our website
retweet a tweet from our website and tag 5 from his friends from the website if possible
join out discord server. We will use twitter and discord API to check that the user did the requirements.
