build and maintan payment api

I am looking for a developer to build and maintain a payment API using Laravel10. The ideal candidate should have experience in integrating payment gateways.
I need help building a nice gui for reports etc. with tailwind css
under the hood the application uses redis,mysql, splade, octane and is deployed as a dockerfile on google cloud run
