to build a learning management system

We are looking for experienced freelance / agency that has previously worked on LMS and share sample of those systems.
we are looking to develop muti-tenant LMS system that accommodates online modes of learning. the system is a hybrid of cloud-based and on-premise solutions.
The system will have the following user roles:
Moving on, this application will have modules like course building, user and group management, assessment module, pricing and subscription management, advanced analytics and reporting, in-app collaboration, and automated alerts and notifications. Additionally, the platform will provide a personal development dashboard and management dashboard, assignments, reports, grade book, etc.
the application should be OS agnostic, should be able to handle huge traffic
Whereas the technology stack is concerned, and we prefer ASP.NET.
In regards of reliability and security of the platform the development team must ensure that the appropriate security protocols are in place to protect against potential threats.
