build a google sheet

Create a Google Sheet that maps the data into a pdf template i have and send it to owner and user who enters data. The sheet will be for the user to enter his working hours each month. It must summarize all the hours and calculate how much money he will be paid. Also important that the data is transferred to a PDF and sent to two different email after the user sends the form.
