build me a bulk emailing program

i want a simple to use , desktop application for unlimited send outs , bulk mailing program.
any code can be used, ( after payment has been made , i get the codes) , if you have previously built a similar program and will alter it for me , please reply.
i also require an SMTP server be installed in the finished program , i will provide the SMTP details.
