build a basic accounting website for internal use

we want to build a basic accounting website for our internal use which can we accessed by us & our accountants from anywhere. we will be updating entries for transactions on a daily basis for monitoring as ease at time of audit & tax filing. don’t need many features for a start, just want to capture below details

SALES SIDE
client name, sales invoice number-date-remarks, amount-remarks, product summary-remarks, advance received amount-date-remarks, balance payment date-amount-remarks, short shipment/ excess shipment/ free samples

PURCHASE SIDE
Supplier/factory name, factory invoice number-date-remarks, amount-remarks, product summary-remarks, advance paid amount-date-remarks, balance payment date-amount-remarks, short shipment/ excess shipment/ free samples

We should be able to see
1. individual order wise details
2. clientwise summary of orders & details
3. supplier/factory wise details & summary
4. datewise/ date range summary
5. product wise details

we should be able to both UPLOAD & DOWNLOAD details in excel format. we want to upload details for previous 5 years also on this platform so as to ensure that all was properly accounted for

dont need fancy admin panel etc, anything basic is okay till its legible & does the job. need this done on asap basis
