Project Description: Build a CSR Tool to Connect Nonprofits' Activities and Companies' Employees
We are looking for a skilled developer to create a CSR tool that will facilitate the connection between nonprofits' activities and companies' employees. The tool should have the following features:
- Employee Engagement: The tool should focus on engaging employees in CSR activities and providing them with opportunities to contribute to nonprofit causes. there are 3 different users (admin, normal user and Associations)
The preferred platform for this tool is web-based, as it will allow for easy accessibility and compatibility across different devices.
In terms of design and interface, we are looking for a corporate and professional look. The tool should have a clean and minimalistic design that aligns with the corporate branding of our clients.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in web development and building web-based tools
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Knowledge of back-end technologies for data tracking and analytics
- Understanding of employee engagement strategies and best practices
- Ability to create a professional and corporate design that aligns with brand guidelines
