build me an API with an interface

Looking to create a basic interface, that will API with Hubspot.
I'm wanting to be able to click a drop down list of my hubspot 'lists' and set a timer (or sometimes a one off) for them to auto export the required data to a google sheet.
the interface doesn't have to be pretty, just usable.
IE
I have a contact list called "Todays Leads" - i want to be able to set a timer to update a google sheet every 2 hours (time line defined by me)
I have another list called "this weeks leads' i want to be able to set a timer up update every sunday to the google sheet etc.
