15 bugs to remove from a php based application
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I am looking for an experienced programmer to help fix 15 bugs affecting the user interface of my php based application. All the bugs are functional errors that I need to be fixed within a week. The ideal candidate needs to demonstrate expertise in troubleshooting, debugging and have experience with php programming. It's important that the project be completed with urgency as we want to be sure that the application is functioning correctly and free of errors. Any help alleviating this issue will be greatly appreciated.
1)Changing the Wave drop down against the sprint renames the Wave rather than setting the association between the sprint and the wave
2) Create Cut Over - Instances in Screen 2 should be blank when you arrive during creation - IT'S NOT its showing the instances from the first record in the database. Additionally you can't remove any app instances they just re-appear.
3) several pages not showing the save confirmation popup when 'Save' is pressed.
4) First and last buttons seem to be the wrong way around (moves you through the record set the wrong way)
5) When I am creating test cases the scenarios are still there from the last test I created and linked to a scenario. When I click create for a test case the the scenario list should be blank
6) When you create a test case, the scenario its linked to does not appear in the Test Case Management screen
7) Replication schedule screen not showing replications
8) Testing: Creating a scenario is saved to the database but the screen is not refreshed to show it - IT SHOULD automatically refresh the screen and show the newly entered record (It appears when you manually refresh the screen)
9) CSV/XLS Uploaders into the SQL database are no longer working (they were, so I suspect the database has changed and the uploader needs to reflect the new table columns)
10) When clicking on the email alert to inform you of an issue/risk/escalation for an app the page you are taken to should have a table of issues/risks at the top as it does when you go there from the menu in the application.
11) Cutover Group not populated on the UI. For now I have masked it from the UI but it needs to be fixed
12) The Default order for records in tables should be using the ID when you arrive on a page the first time - you can then change it
13) Server Instances should be driving the population of the Environments table in Application - Discovery & MIgration TAB but this is empty. Please have the table reference the pointer table with these in.

It is written in PHP using a views (presentation) layer, a controller layer for logic and a model layer for the database which is current SQL Server express for ease.
We are using GITHUB and Docker containers pointed at our database server.
