budget is set at $200 max need a vehicle auction website with completed ads categories and inbuilt country cities

developer have to add the worldwide country database the idea is so all users around the world must be able to trade within their country and city and sub-cities /surrounding /area. Auctions work two ways. users can list as regular buy now or auction it to the highest bidder with no reserve price or list it with reserved price
