I have a rough outline of a software solution that I would like to get a quote for in terms of cost and timeline to deliver. This solution would be integrated within a CMS and would be user-facing, allowing users to ask questions and answer prompts. The collected information would be compiled, with specific answers being aggregated into a pre-designed PDF template.
The system will include a database of companies with matching criteria such as industry, experience, price point, and region. Based on the user's questions and answers, the system will match and provide a shortlist of the top 5 companies that best fit the user's needs from our database.
Additionally, each shortlisted company would receive a branded project PDF containing all the relevant customer information. Initially, the sending of these PDFs will be handled manually, but in phase 2, we may develop a credit facility. This would allow companies to top up a wallet, with credits being drawn down each time they receive a lead. When their wallet is empty, they would be automatically notified to top up, and they would be removed from active consideration until their wallet is replenished.
