backconnect proxy

So I need to buil a proxy shop, ecommerce solution with payment gateway
And for this project: one of the main task is to build a backconnect proxy server.

So I own a pool of proxies
each proxy has different characteristics:

1/ Location
2/ Data unlimited or pay as you go
3/ Operator
4/ Rotation in minutes
5/ IP change on demand or not

When a customers goes on my website, depends on what the customer chose upon buying, the back connect server will assign a proxy to this customer.
and also during the use of his proxy, the customer can also change proxy if the current one doesn't suit him, by api or a web interface.
