bKash and Nagad payment integration at WHMCS

We need someone who will develop the bKash and Nagad payment integration at WHMCS.
we will provide you the all the details of bKash and Nagad API to you. Like API details, documentation to implement it, etc.
What we want:
* Only the Bangladesh amount will be accepted. Like if the bill will generate by USD, CAD currency then the customer will not be able to pay the bill amount via bkash / nagad. only BDT transactions will be acceptable.
* we want to Checkout (iFrame) based payment system for both bkash and nagad.
* we will set the charge in %. Like: we set the charge 1.5% then for bill amount 1500 customers have to pay 1522.50 (bill amount 1500 + charge 22.50). if the charge will be 0 then the customer will pay only the bill amount.
* after complete the payment the invoice status will be paid and the rest of the mail process will happen via WHMCS.
* 100% source code should be provided.
* No third-party code, API, link should be used.
we will check the code and if everything will work properly, then we will release the payment.
