aweber integration with wordpress forms

I need to integrate correctly aWeber email marketing with WordPress forms.
Please, read carefully what I need and make sure you know how to do it and that aWeber will allow it.
Pop-up subscription to different list and tags
I need to create a pop-up that will be shown when subscribe button is clicked.
Once the button is clicked, apopap will be displayed asking for Name and Email.
Once the submit button is clicked a new page will be loaded:
- this page will ask the user which lists they would like to subscribe to
- each checkbox will add the user to the same email list but with a different tag. There will be 3-4 checkboxes, each one will use a different tag
- once the user submits his choice, he will need to confirm his email (double opt-in). Once that's done, the funnel for that list will be triggered.
Two sidebar banner for subscription.
I need to create a sidebar banner that will do exactly the same as explained above. And a second sidebar that will only subscribe to a simple list without tags.
I should be able to place this banner anywhere.

I want to create a simple form that can be integrated anywhere on my website that has name and email and will add the user to a specific list.
All these forms should follow the corporate image of my website.
