automate courses and calenders

i run a company that has porgrams and the programs are all different and involve other parties for training etc etc. no more the 20 per program but could be at 3 /4 different locals involving different staff on different days etc so i am looking for someone who can build this out with a live interactive calender that would go to the core data and upset accordingly also have attendance rates and for each program include daily reports that can be emailed straight to the customer
like project management built into a calender with interact cards like trello
access level would have to be like trello
5 staff need access
