auto parts php admin and api

I am looking for a skilled freelancer to create an auto parts php admin and api for me. I need the api to gather data from the website and access it through an application. Additionally, I need a CMS to help manage the data. Specifically, I need to be able to manage products using the CMS. All programming must be done in PHP.
