auto contact form submitter software

Can you develop or already have an auto contact form submitter software that can:
- We will set keywords and bots will search keywords in a different search engines will go to the contact form and submit info (predefined)
- Loads a list of URLs (at least 5000)
- Crawl the URLs for their contact pages
- Submit a predefined text, subject, email address, phone number and captcha if necessary
- report if successful or failed
- if it would be multi threaded it would be even better (but not essential)
