Main Features:
• User accounts with profiles and ratings (buyers/sellers)
• Listings with photos, prices, location, and integrated messaging
• Integration of a secure Escrow payment system (e.g., Stripe Connect or similar API)
• Admin dashboard to manage users, transactions, and disputes
• Notification system (email or SMS)
• Option to apply a small transaction fee (e.g., 3%)

Requirements:
• Website and interface entirely in French, for Quebec users
• Mobile optimization is mandatory
• Developer assistance for setting up the Escrow payment and deploying the site
