1. I'm looking for a programmer who can start immediately and not work on other projects.

3. I'm looking for a programmer who can tell us how long it will take to complete the website.
4. I'm looking for a programmer who is able to provide us with daily updates.
5. I'm looking for a programmer who isn't in the Freelancer chat all day, which means our work isn't being delayed.
6. I'm looking for a programmer who is able to communicate.
7. I'm looking for a programmer who can also explain how they would program it and then provide an alternative.
8. I'm looking for a programmer who doesn't constantly demand a new budget.
9. I'm looking for a programmer who does the work first and then gets paid.
10. I'm looking for a programmer who is confident that they can deliver the work correctly.
11. We're looking for a programmer who can already see the maximum budget, and if he or she can't do it, please don't contact us. Then you and I won't waste any time.
