The goal is to connect like-minded seniors together who wish to travel with a mate or meet locally. This will be a paid membership website and will need to include a variety of functions. Whether you’re planning a dream trip, craving a cozy dinner conversation, or simply seeking companionship, SeniorTime brings seniors together through seamless video calls. Join SeniorTime and embark on a journey of meaningful connections, laughter, and shared experiences – because every moment is precious, especially when shared with newfound friends.”
The required functions of the website:
- Since this is a membership site, we will need a member login and sign-up page.
- When members sign-up for our service they need to create a personalized profile and upload a profile image.
- An instant chat/messaging function where seniors can privately message each other through our website.
- If seniors would like to meet locally, we will need seniors to put in their zip codes to match them with other seniors in their area.
- If seniors would like to travel around the world, we would like to incorporate a map where they can identify where they are interested in traveling to. This will connect them with other seniors who are interested in traveling to the same destinations.
- The most important function of our site will be incorporating live video calls. Instead of seniors meeting for the first time in person, we want them to have the option to meet through video call first to make sure their match is suitable for them.
- When members sign-up they will need to complete a background check or verify their identity prior to meeting other seniors.
- We can purchase some code for dating websites that you can use for your framework and build around that if it is a quicker and cheaper option.
