What we need:
We need someone who is very experienced with CRM apps and is familiar with email campaign formation and follow up, scraping contact data from the Internet, building email lists and the other activities that entail CRM. We need this person to produce documentation on the program modules and how they work, develop a user’s manual, develop tutorials, and identify any major fixes, if any, and the budget to accomplish all these tasks.
