I need a website that can offer the users the ability to register and fill in an application for an award
the application will include information, video and photo uploads and multiple choices to add and calculating the total then user can pay using PayPal or credit card by PayPal, or transfer money and sending proof later and all controlled by admin
the website will include general pages such as about us, about the awards, contact us, news and so on
as well social media updates and videos etc
all website will be in arabic and using right to left
