application / software enabling the execution of a technically simple 2D drawing on a website

Good morning,

I am interested in purchasing the software / application permanently - as my property. Requirements:

1. The program must run on a website - much simpler and easier than https://cadsofttools.com/company/news/web-cad-sdk-12/
2. Must be able to draw straight lines 2d, eg from it a straight line 100mm, the other at an angle of eg 45 degrees, length 50mm. Examples in the appendix.
3. After drawing I need to be able to generate a QR code with a drawing and send it by e-mail
4. Must be capable of operating on touch and non-touch screens
5. It has to work on all available devices like laptops, smarphone
6.It must work on Windows, IOS and Android
7. It must work properly on all internet browsers
8. It must have an open structure so that it can be easily modified
9. Save and open DXF, DWG and PDF format


Possible long-term cooperation for this and other products.
