application in php,js, html & mysql

I want a project with drop down list of customers of a particular area and all my items should be displayed below where the user only puts qty and amount is calculated below and all the rates depend on basis of the customer selected that means my menu items will have 4 price options.
It should have a ledger account and on selection of customer it should also display previous balance of customer and current payment received which should go by sms to customer using the users mobile no
and daily report of that area should be displayed for all the items if sold or not with receipts and balances till date if each customer
