api between laravel and wix booking

Hi, I looking for someone who can help with completing the below condition between Laravel and the WIx booking system.
Option 1, the user clicks the link from our web to the Wix booking system. After the user completes the order, the system will update back to our backend (Laravel).
Option 2, the user is ordering the package from our system, our system will update it to the Wix booking system to reserver the order and respond to the booking status.
