algolia filter

Project Description:
I am looking for a WordPress developer who can implement category-based filtering based on PDFs media using Algolia on my website.
The filtering will be based on 3 fields:
1. Country: a list of countries that the PDFs refer to.
2. Language: a list of languages available (not all the countries will be available in all the languages, so at this step only the available languages for the chosen country at the step 1 will be shown)
3. Content: the title of available PDFs that respect the choices in step 1 and 2

The filters can be based on folder where the files are uploaded, and/or on titles, and/or on description or alt (the important thing is the result).

The ideal candidate should have experience with WordPress and Algolia integration (so probably even with PHP). The project needs to be completed in less than a week.
