after Soft Reboot of server needs a message and got to set login cookies to 5 hours -- 2

there is a option to restart the server in Soft Reboot need a message saying server is restarted successfully after rebooting it and got to set the cookies to 5 hours login session , this work needs to be done in 2 hours as its small and cant share the login credentials , should be able to do it over remote .
