add new file support to codeigniter panel

I am looking for a developer who can add new file support to my existing codeigniter panel. Here are the requirements for the project:
Existing Functionality:
- The codeigniter panel already has a file upload functionality.
File Type:
- I am looking to support a file type that is not specified as an image file (JPEG, PNG, etc.) or a document file (DOC, PDF, etc.).
File Size:
- The maximum file size that I anticipate needing support for is between 10MB to 100MB.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in codeigniter framework
- Knowledge of file handling and uploading in PHP
- Familiarity with different file types and their handling in codeigniter
- Experience in implementing file upload functionality in codeigniter applications
