add a new feature to EXISTING contact form on a divi website

this page takes you to the list of workshops in 2023. When you click on an artist, it shows their specific information for their workshop. At the bottom of the artist's page is a contact form. I use the contact form to collect names, email addresses and phone numbers. this form re-directs to a specific page for the artist with the price information.
I want to keep all of these features and I want the name, email and phone number to be automatically added to my Mailchimp database.
I don't want anything to change except the automatically mailing list add feature.
