add QR to invoices for woocomerce

Our business is based on Saudi Arabia, and the new regulation requires that we add unique QR to each customer invoice
this QR once scans the scanner is able to see below info:
- Seller’s name
- VAT registration number of the seller
- Time stamp of the Electronic Invoice or Credit/Debit Note (date and time)
- Electronic Invoice or Credit/Debit Note total (with VAT)
- VAT total
