add croping & filter functionality on media upload (Laravel web application)

I am looking for a developer to add cropping and filter functionality to our existing Laravel web application We are open to suggestions for the specific libraries or frameworks to be used for the implementation. However, development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and experience working with image manipulation libraries.
