add base64 images to SuiteCRM template

add base64 images to a SuiteCRM (SugarCRM) template. Four provided jpg images are to be converted into base64 images and inserted into the template code. The template is in a campaign. After the base64 images are inserted into the template the campaign will be run with a target list- supplied and attached to the campaign. Project success will be when a campaign is sent using the template and a received email is opened in Outlook all four images will display correctly. Access to the CRM account using the template will be provided so all changes can be made.
