account creation & submissions using api of a browser

Hi, need account making and submiting software/script that runs through a browser's api, creates profile inside browser and makes the account using information given in csv or txt file then submits information, then goes to another page and goes through a process to submit information that it took from csv and depending on status of account it splits into 2 text or csv files, one containing success accounts while other contains bad.
it needs to capture information of successful information, once a browser profile is ran through 1 account, deletes it.
