Zulu-English Web-Based Translation Software

I'm looking for a web-based software that translates Zulu into English. This software should function as a dictionary and have the following capabilities:

- Look up a word, including giving the word's meaning
- Adding new words
- Deleting unused words
- Building your new words list
- Providing an easy and friendly interface

Users should be able to authenticate themselves via username and password when using the application

Ideal candidates for this project should have:

- Experience in software development, particularly in creating web-based applications
- Understanding of language translation software
