Proposal for Zoom Automation Bot Development
Overview: I need an automated Zoom meeting setup with several integrated features including Zoom API, Google Drive video playback, scheduled Zoom chat automation, and fake attendee functionality. Below is the breakdown of my approach to meet your requirements.

Project Breakdown & Deliverables:

Zoom API Integration
Integrate Zoom API for meeting creation, management, and automation.
Handle scheduling, starting, and ending meetings automatically.

Google Drive Video Playback & Auto Screen Sharing
Configure video playback directly from Google Drive and automate screen sharing during the meeting.

Zoom Chat Automation (Scheduled Messages)
Set up scheduled Zoom chat messages to be sent automatically at specific times during the meeting.

FAKE ATTENDEE Functionality (Inject Dummy Participants)
Develop a method to inject dummy participants into the meeting to maintain a non-zero attendee count.

Automation & Setup
Configure the system to start at a fixed time, play the video, send timed chat messages, and manage fake attendees automatically.

Testing and Full Deployment
Conduct full testing of all features to ensure seamless operation.
Provide setup assistance on your Windows 11 VDS (ULTAHOST) server for full deployment.

Main Points

Reinstall Chrome and essential software on ULTAHOST VDS
The server environment should have up-to-date Chrome and other required packages.

Google Drive video is ready
You plan to share or auto-play the video from Google Drive.

Fake Attendee requires 10 people
Simulation is possible via API (Web SDK sessions or headless browsers).

Zoom chat message details
The exact timing and content are organized in Google Docs.

Recurring Meeting
A recurring Zoom meeting is a good approach for daily sessions.

Capabilities We’re Looking For

Zoom Web SDK Expertise (automation of chat, screen sharing, etc.)

VDS (Windows 11) Setup (Chrome, Node/Python, browser drivers, etc.)

Fake Attendee Implementation (multiple sessions)

Scheduling & Reliability (unattended 365-day operation)

1. Zoom API Integration
Covers creating/deleting meetings, scheduling, and automatic start/end.
Key Point: Implementing the Zoom Web SDK and fake attendees often requires both Web SDK and browser automation (Puppeteer/Selenium).

2. Google Drive Video Playback & Screen Sharing
Automatic video playback: Google Drive → screen sharing.
Key Point: Actual automation of the “Share Screen” button (via browser control or the Web SDK API).
We need clarity on how the developer will automate that click or process.

3. Zoom Chat Automation
Automated message sending at intervals of 5–10 minutes.
Key Point: Direct in-meeting chat automation via Zoom REST API is not possible, so either the Web SDK or a separate bot account is required.

4. Fake Attendee Functionality
Maintain at least 10 fake participants.
Key Point: Multiple headless browser sessions or multiple Web SDK instances → ensure the VDS has sufficient resources.
We should clarify which approach the developer will use (headless browser, virtual machine, or multiple Web SDK sessions).
