Add SMS Automation
Integrate SMS/MMS capabilities from Ring Central or Twillio
Ensure Send SMS Buttons are available in the Leads, Contacts, and Deals Module linked to the Record being viewed
Ensure Logs of SMS sent are being recorded in Zoho in feed as well as under each lead,contact, and deal's record
Set up SMS Automation messages similar in flow to the email autoresponders
Autopopulate fields such as name, appointment date and time, etc in automated SMS messages as needed.
Ensure that number formatting coming from forms is not preventing any SMS from going through adjusting numbers to E.164 formats in forms and zoho as required.
Have Opt-in and Unsubscribe capabilities.
Minor related functionality and layout modifications as asked.
Any work necessary to ensure SMS processes are compliants with government agencies.
