Integrate Zoho with the website https://frugmo.com, built with WordPress. In addition to the note below, please review the FrugMo website, especially the Pricing page.
The following functionalities are required. Any changes or additions to the WordPress site that are required to provide these functionalities must be carried out too (e.g., redesigning the Pricing Page with the required CTA buttons, providing CTA buttons as required in other pages, etc.).
After this assignment, the website needs to be fully functional with all the following features working seamlessly.
1. Member subscriptions: Integrate Zoho Subscriptions. The following functionalities are required
Register and collect payment for Free, Silver & Gold membership accounts
Maintain a registry of previous and current members
Allow page viewing and functionality as per membership tier
Automatically renew membership every year
Provision to cancel auto-renewal by member
Allow membership upgrade on a pro-rata basis
2. Coach booking: Integrate Zoho Booking with the 'Book a Coach' page. The following functionalities are required
Register & collect payment for a coaching session
Maintain calendar of each coach
Allow members to book a calendar slot
Automatically send calendar invites to the member and the coach, once a slot is booked
Calendar invite should have a link to Zoho Meeting (or Google Meeting) with a password
Allow booking cancellation as per Cancellation & Refund Policy
3. Workshop booking: Integrate Zoho Booking with the 'Workshops' page. The following functionalities are required
Register & collect payment for the selected workshop
Automatically send a calendar invite to the member, once a workshop is booked
Calendar invite should have a link to Zoho Showtime with a password
Allow booking cancellation as per Cancellation & Refund Policy
4. Integration with ‘My Account’ section (top right-hand corner on the FrugMo website). The status of membership subscription, booked coaches & workshops should be visible to the member in his/ her account
5. Accounting: Integrate Zoho. The following functionalities are required
Generate & send GST invoices to members when they subscribe or purchase any service
Maintain accounts of payments received by member
Maintain coaching sessions booked & payment received for each coach
6. CRM & engagement tools: Integrate Zoho PageSense (Analytics), Zoho CRM, Email marketing (Zoho Campaigns), and Social marketing.
7. Chatbot: Integrate Zoho chatbot (Zoho SalesIQ)
