Zoho One Implementation (CRM, Projects, Flow, Mail) and Integration with ERPAG
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
We’re a small manufacturing business needing an experienced Zoho One consultant to implement and integrate Zoho CRM, Zoho Projects, Flow, Workdrive, and Mai with ERPAG.
Please note that we have already implemented ERPAG.
Our workflow:
Lead Generation: We receive leads by email, phone calls, and site visits.
Sales & Quoting: Sales reps introduce products, follow up with indecisive customers, and generate quotes for those who know what they need.
Deposit & Planning: Once quotes are accepted. Customers then provide layout sketches, address details, etc. We produce a draft plan, refine it with the customer, and finalize once approved.
Production & BOM: We create a Bill of Materials (BOM) in ERPAG for the factory to manufacture the product.
Final Payment & Shipping: After production, the customer pays the remaining amount. We coordinate shipping, provide tracking info, and ensure on-time delivery.
Assembly & Support: Customers may have questions or need assistance during assembly. We track and resolve these issues post-sale.
Project Scope:
- Configure Zoho CRM to manage leads, quotes, and follow-ups effectively.
- Set up Zoho Projects for design/production workflows and task tracking.
- Integrate ERPAG data (quotes, BOM, production status) into Zoho using Zoho Flow or APIs.
- Automate key steps (e.g., deposit requests, final payment reminders, shipping notifications) to reduce manual work.
- Ensure seamless communication logs (emails, phone calls, etc.) and status updates for all team members.
Requirements:
- Previous work with CRM, Projects, ERPAG, Flow, Workdrive, and Mail
- Proven experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Projects, Zoho Flow, and ERPAG integrations.
- Ability to design streamlined workflows and automate notifications/tasks.
- Strong communication skills to clarify business processes and train our team if needed.
