Job Title: Zoho One CRM Developer for Egg Donor Program Platform

About Us:
We have 40 years of experience in the field of egg donation and surrogacy. To streamline and enhance this experience, we're looking for a proficient Zoho One CRM Developer to create a custom platform that aligns with our specific operational needs. I created our Zoho One CRM for our surrogacy division, and it is fully functional. We now want to do the same for the egg donor division. I can set up the egg donor side of the CRM, by creating the modules and fields, and I will create the applications for both the intended parents and the egg donors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Platform Development:
Develop a user-friendly platform where intended parents and egg donors can initiate their respective processes seamlessly.
Ensure secure and structured data management within the CRM.
2. User Pathways:
Create distinct pathways for egg donors and intended parents, guiding them through specific tasks and forms based on their selection.
3. Application Integration:
Develop a system where egg donor applications are directly uploaded to the CRM under 'Leads (Donors)' and Intended Parents are uploaded to the CRM under ‘Leads (IP)’ in the Leads Module.
4. Database Access for Parents:
Enable intended parents to create accounts, specify donor criteria (e.g., hair and eye color, ethnicity, height range, education, etc.), and gain access to donor profiles that meet the criteria.
5. Dynamic Content Generation:
Implement a feature that generates a custom "My Donor List" page, reflecting donors that match the intended parent’s criteria.
6. Communication Bridge:
Facilitate seamless communication and data sharing between the platform, CRM, and case managers.
7. The Donor & Intended Parent Process:
For Donors: Apply online ➔ Application upload to CRM in Leads (Donors)➔ Staff review ➔ If approved, further communication and information gathering ➔ Conversion to Contacts (Donors) in CRM ➔ Staff selects from 1-10 days for a counter named ‘Reservations Days Left’ ➔ The remainder of the case is managed from the CRM.

Reservation Days Left:
a) Upon selecting a donor, a counter, labeled “Reservation Days Left,” initiates.
b) This counter automatically decreases daily until it reaches zero.
c) The agency enters the specific reservation period for each donor, 0 - 10 days.
d) Create a Waitlist System:
e) A maximum of four Intended Parents can be placed on a waitlist for a specific donor.
Example Scenario:
Parent A selects a donor named June and is allocated a reservation period (e.g., 3 days).
If Parent B and Parent C also select June during Parent A's reservation period:
They are placed on a waitlist.
Upon expiration of Parent A's reservation:
Parent B advances from the waitlist and receives their reservation period (e.g., 3 days).
Following the expiration of Parent B’s reservation:
Parent C is allocated their reservation period.

For Intended Parents: Account creation ➔ Information is uploaded to CRM Leads (IP)➔ Choose donor criteria (e.g., eye and hair color, ethnicity, education, height range) ➔ Access & interact with approved donor profiles ➔ Make selections ➔ Convert to Contacts (IP) ➔ Communicate choices to case managers ➔ The remainder of the case is managed from the CRM.

Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in Zoho One CRM development and customization.
Strong knowledge of CRM platform integrations and dynamic content generation.
Expertise in developing secure and user-friendly interfaces.
Ability to translate operational needs into a functional digital platform.
