Zoho Implementation for My Business
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
We're looking for an Implementation of Zoho services. Currently we subscribe to Zoho One and use Zoho Desk. We're looking to integrate Zoho Desk, Zoho Bookings, Zoho Books, Zoho CRM and a couple of other processes for our business.
We're a startup which deals in astrological consultations. We use Zoho Desk not for customer support but as a consultation platform where each ticket is mapped to a paid consultation request.
The requirements we're looking at are as below:
Zoho Desk: SSO and API Integration with our website, Configuring Email templates, auto-assigning, departments and other minor changes to our current setup of Zoho Desk. Our website is a webapp built on react.js and we would like Zoho Desk to be integrated to the webapp.
Zoho Bookings: SSO and Integration with Zoho Desk.
Zoho Books: Setup and upload of invoices, payments, integration with the current website processes and sales. Integration with Zoho Desk.
Zoho CRM: SSO with our website and reporting setup. Exploring possibility of integration with our website user accounts and keeping track of customers and leads.
There could be some other requirements that come up during the course of the project.
